“TECHO SOLAR”” is a strategic initiative led by Ethan Cruz in collaboration with TECHO CDMX. The project aims to implement a comprehensive program for utilizing solar ecotechnologies in irregular urban settlements within Mexico City and the State of Mexico. Running from January to October 2026, the program focuses on ensuring access to clean and affordable energy (SDG 7) for vulnerable families. 

The project integrates technical training for at least 30 TECHO volunteers and 15 community members, equipping them with the skills to install and maintain solar infrastructure.
